If the internals rupture, the pressurized gasoline runs thru the vacuum line into the rear of the right bank breather hose to avoid external fire. Looks like the W126's used several types of AC compressors. My '87 560SEC uses the Nippondenso unit but I can't find the data for the quantity of refrigerant oil. Per 83.7-522/8, the "Engine 116 and 117" should use 300cc of oil. Per 83.7-522/12 the 617.951 should use 170cc. OK, that kind of makes sense - the 617 engine has the "pancake" Delco1991 420sel. If yoiu dont understand the MB radio wiring, do not even attempt this--youi willnot be happy with the result and youi will have wrecked the original wiring. The radio schematics are in the manual on CDs.
