If you extract the game's def.scs file, there is a file in it named economy_data.sii. It's just a simple text file. In it you can edit the numbers I have highlighted below to change how long you can drive and how long you are forced to sleep at one time: maximum_driving_time: 660 # how long the driver can drive (in minutes) sleeping_time: 540

As a workaround disable. the fatigue simulation and set the time yourself using the dev console. That "slep meter"is actually a "time-left-of-allowed-in-duty" for the daily rest by law. I doubt there is a mod for that, given that the resting functionality in-game is tied to rest triggers/zones specified in the map editor. As far as I can see, a 'sleep event' can only be triggered by a proximity detection between a point on the map and the vehicle you're driving.
