Not sure but i think you should set it accordingly to the average ping you get. I get on average 57-58 ping as the lowest and 80 - 90 ping as the highest so my safe interp setting is cl_interp "0.067", going lower than this number makes everything more responsive but at a cost of laggy animations ( jittering of the infected ).
